Accessibility statement
We want every patient to be able to read about their care and book an appointment, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our commitment
This website is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That covers text contrast, keyboard access, clear form labels, and descriptive alternative text for images.
What we have done
- Every page can be navigated with a keyboard alone.
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text for screen readers.
- Text resizes without breaking the layout, and the site works on small screens.
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device requests it.
Known limitations
Some older content and embedded material — such as the map on our contact page — comes from third parties and may not fully meet these standards. We are working through these.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site prevents you from finding information or booking an appointment, please tell us and we will help you directly and fix the problem.
